I joined Fit4Mom in 2018 when my second son was an infant. I was struggling with postpartum depression and experiencing neck and shoulder pain stemming from a lack of strength and poor posture while nursing.
Additionally, I was desperate for mom friends! My husband and I had moved from Chicago>LA >Irvine before ultimately buying in Fullerton. After being unsuccessful with other mom groups, it was so refreshing to find a supportive group of mom friends who also wanted to prioritize their health & wellness.
Fit4Mom and this village was by far the BEST THING I did for myself in my motherhood journey. I’ve made friendships for myself and my kids that will last forever, while also finding the healthiest version of myself.
When the opportunity to become an instructor with the new Brea-Fullerton arose in 2023, I was thrilled! Although I've moved on from that phase of motherhood as my kids have entered school, it brings me such joy to encourage other mamas on their journey. I know what a positive impact Fit4Mom had on my life; now I hope to provide that to others.
My goal is to be your biggest cheerleader while providing a fun and challenging workout. Growing up I'd always been very active with dance, cheer, and gymnastics, so I feel like you'll find a lot of that energy in my classes.
