Membership Change/Hold/Cancellation Policies
HOLD POLICY: Holds can be placed for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months (can be extended in the case of pregnancy or medical necessity only). There is a one-time $20 administrative hold fee (the fee is waived for prenatal clients). Maximum of two holds per year. Your membership will automatically restart on your selected hold end date. CANCELLATION POLICY: All membership cancellations require a two-week notice by the 15th of every month. Should you decide to rejoin after your membership cancellation, you will be subject to the full registration fee and any membership price increases.
All requests are for future months only. Dues already paid will not be credited or refunded.
Need to make changes to your membership? No problem! Email tristadimuria@fit4mom.com to make changes to your membership. All changes must be submitted by the 15th of the month. Any requests submitted after the 15th will be processed the following month. Please include ALL of the following details in your email. Hold or cancellation will not be processed until each item is completed.

Please note* All membership cancellation requests must be submitted 14 days prior to your next bill date. Example: If you want to end your membership on Feb. 1, you need to submit your request no later than Jan. 15.
