Welcome, Mama!

We’re thrilled to announce our first Run Club+ session starting August 2nd!! This 8-week session allows you to train on your time while providing support and accountability of our running group, and specialized coaching by Coach Wendy. This program is curated to provide support, connection and motivation for beginner, intermediate and more advanced runners. Let’s tackle new running goals and come out of this stronger than ever! Following our professional training plan designed for women will help you meet your running goals safely.

Here are some details about our Run Club+ 8 Week Session:

  • One coach-led in-person run a week. Run Club+ group runs will meet every Saturday from 7:00am-8:00am at the Fullerton Loop.
  • You will receive an extensive client guide that includes tips for getting started, training for different distances or general running (Running and cross-training) and nutrition tips for fueling during training. Resources provided on running form, running with a stroller how to avoid common injuries and much more.
  • A personalized training plan and weekly running tracker.
  • Check-ins with your coach and private group chat for education, connection and accountability.
  • Product recommendations.
  • Weekly emails and a weekly running tracker.
  • Access to 1 FIT4MOM | BREA FULLERTON class per week of choice to aid in cross-training
  • Access to FIT4MOM | BREA FULLERTON events, Moms Night outs, Field trips, etc.
  • Access to FIT4MOM on Demand, a program that allows to you get your cross-training days done at home.
  • Finish our in-person Run Club+ with a race!

Information meeting will take place on Wednesday July 30th.

Run Club+ is open to all Women at all fitness levels.

We will be training for SoCal's Tiki Beach 5K taking place in on September 21, 2025.
