RUN CLUB+ Spartan Training
Welcome!
We’re excited to announce our Spartan Training 8-Week Program, starting July 25th in Fullerton! This coed training experience is designed for anyone ready to take on a Spartan Race with confidence—whether it’s your first race or you’re looking to level up your performance.
Over 8 weeks, you’ll build strength, endurance, and obstacle confidence through structured coaching, accountability, and a supportive community that pushes you to be your strongest self.
Our program will prepare you to feel strong, capable, and race-ready for Spartan Race Day on September 12th.
Here’s what’s included in your Spartan 8-Week Training Program:
- Weekly coach-led in-person training session in Fullerton, focused on Spartan-style obstacle training, strength, and endurance
- Structured progressive training plan to build stamina, strength, and obstacle readiness week by week
- Endurance training support including running intervals, conditioning, and hybrid fitness work
- Obstacle skill development such as carries, grip strength, agility, climbing prep, and functional movement training
- Accountability and community support through a private group chat for motivation, updates, and check-ins
- Weekly coach check-ins to help you stay consistent and progressing safely
