How do I place my membership on hold or cancel it?
HOLD POLICY: Email tristadimuria@fit4mom.com to change the status of your membership. All requests need to be received in writing15 business days before the next payment is due. Holds can be placed for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months (can be extended in the case of pregnancy or medical necessity only). There is a one-time $20 administrative hold fee (the fee is waived for prenatal clients). Maximum of two holds per year. Your membership will automatically restart on your selected hold end date. CANCELLATION POLICY: All membership cancellations require a two-week notice by the 15th of every month via email to Tristadimuria@gmail.com. Should you decide to rejoin after your membership cancellation, you will be subject to the full registration fee and any membership price increases.
